market analysis

The first step in selling your home is to determine value. After touring your home, I will provide you with a complimentary Comparable Market Analysis. This is the tool we will use to determine the likely sale price of your home by assessing similar homes in the area that have recently sold, as well as competing homes that are currently on the market and even homes that haven't sold for whatever reason. This information, coupled with current local market data and trends, will help us determine the current fair market value of your property.

list price vs. sale price

People often get confused by the terms “list price” and “sale price”. Let me make it easy for you: list price is a marketing tool to help maximize exposure and to drive interest in your property. Sale price is the result. The value of your home is what someone is willing to pay for it at any given time, and being smart about the price at which you list your home is crucial. And always remember that I don’t set list price; you do. I am here to advise you and to negotiate on your behalf. You are in the driver’s seat.
